Are There Any Upfront Fees or Deposits?

No. At Rentio we don’t ask for any deposits or upfront fees from our customers. Your first month’s rental is due on delivery. However, in some situations we may require a bond. For more information, contact your local retail location.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?

No. When you rent from Rentio there are no hidden costs. We never charge our customers any establishment fees, or administration fees.

Do I Need to Have Insurance on Your Products?

Yes. We do require you to have insurance on your rental items. We offer insurance coverage as part of our service. Alternatively, if you already have a household or business insurance policy, you are welcome to include our rental items on those policies.

Can I Get a Discount if I Rent More Than One Item?

Yes. At Rentio we value all of our customers, but as a special thank you we give a 10% discount on the second item.

What Happens if My Situation Changes and I Can No Longer Afford My Products?

We are more than happy to help our customers when situations like these arise. We will allow you to put the products in our own in-store marketplace, so that someone else can take over the contract for you. We don’t charge any cancellation fees for this service.

Do You Offer Delivery?

Yes. After approval, Rentio will deliver your rental products free of charge the very next day.

How Do I Complete a Rental Application for Rentio?

At Rentio, we know how frustrating complicated rental applications are. We’ve made our rental application as quick and easy as possible so you can get on with your busy day. 1. You can complete our Rentio application in only 3 minutes. 2. The only thing you need to login online banking to access your bank statement. If you don’t have that available you can still complete the application, and provide your statements later.

Should I Be Home When My Items Are Delivered?

Yes. The person whose name is on the application needs to accept and sign for the product.

Will You Set My Product up and Show Me That It Works?

Absolutely. Rentio offers free installation for all of our products. Our highly experienced installers will set everything up for you before they leave.

Are Delivery Services Available on Weekends?

Some of our locations offer weekend delivery. Check with your local Rentio location to see if they offer weekend deliveries as part of their services.
